Johnny Ciccone is an L.A. native and veteran hairstylist with 20 years of experience. He has worked on many major motion pictures and television shows, and his work has reached the red carpets of the Grammys and the Golden Globes. Johnny defines himself as a no-nonsense technician who does not follow trends, but instead creates them.

Marci Marks, a longtime Valley resident, founded the Sherman Oaks Studio City News in 2008. Encino was added to the masthead and distribution area a year later by popular demand. Working as an actress/singer/songwriter early in her career, she performed Shakespeare, blues and jazz. Her band The MnMs released a record in the early '80s that became a punk rock classic. She became a writer and Distribution Manager at the LA Weekly, developing an award winning free newspaper distribution delivery system covered by the LA Times.

David comes to the Chamber after 10 years of lobbying and public affairs on behalf of commercial producers in the entertainment industry to ensure a film-friendly environment in production centers across the country. Previously, David served on Mayor Villaraigosa's Business Team at City Hall, and as a field representative for then Assembly Speaker Bob Hertzberg. A Valley native, David received his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge and completed his Masters coursework in Public Administration from the same institution. David currently serves on the Board of Directors for FilmLA, the United Chambers of the SFV, and previously served on the Board of the Valley Industry & Commerce Association as Chair of their Entertainment Committee.
